Personal Life Coaching In touch with yourself
Fear (of failure), insecurity and lack of self confidence Insecurity is related to fear. It is quite normal if occasionally you feel insecure, however if you are daily suffering from insecurity it can profoundly affect your quality of life. Lack of self confidence may be related to feeling inferior, fear of failure, fear of being rejected, being angry with yourself, feelings of guilt and frustration may also come into play. Having this fear will lessen your confidence, thinking you are not able to bring anything to a successful conclusion. When you have low self-esteem and often feel insecure, then this can be chronic. You doubt everywhere when it comes to yourself: who are you, who do you want to be and what do you want? You often think negative about yourself and have the idea that you fail all over. You may sense that you are failing as a parent, partner or child. You are quickly disappointed in yourself or  ashamed of yourself. Other people have to tell what your strong points are and why they like you but often you do not believe them because you think there is nothing positive about you. It is difficult to draw the line somewhere if you need a lot of affirmation from others, thus imposing on yourself and becoming a perfectionist. You do not want to disappoint somebody, including yourself. If you make a mistake, then you have the idea that you're a loser. It may also be that you compare yourself with others and think others always perform better than you.  Social phobia Survey shows that there are more than 4 million shy people in the Netherlands, which means they have a constant feeling of insecurity. Shy people do not tend to go public with their problems. You can develop a social phobia if you are extremely shy, you can start to perspire, tremble or grow purple if you find yourself in a given situation. Next time you prefer to avoid this unpleasant situation, resulting in evasive behavior. If you only have avoidance behavior and start locking yourself out, then there is a social phobia. Some people are afraid of spiders, heights, have claustrophobia, fear of water or for example agoraphobia, it is more common than you might think. By engaging the situation you can gradually be made insensitive for the fearful situation.
Fear paralyzes and stiffens This allows you to become rigid In your patterns and movements By literally get moving You can change patterns and heal Letting go and relax For openings and perspective
